There is no Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) at Vastwholesale, so you don't need to order in wholesale quantity at the beginning. You can simply order single items to compare products and check out which ones are most suitable for your market.

VastWholesale delivers to every country (except within Mainland China - we are export only). Different shipping methods are available for different countries. When you order we will provide any necessary advice and assistance about importing to your country. In some countries, importing bigger quantities of goods is restricted for private individuals and businesses. It's your responsibility to comply with your country's laws. Please check with your local Customs or local government website to see if importing requires any special licence in your country. If you are located in one country, and want to ship to another country, this is also OK - this is "international dropshipping".

Some countries are easy to import into, and have few restrictions and no taxes. Other countries are ultra restrictive and have high taxes. We'll ship your goods to you by air express courier. The choice of courier varies according to country, but most countries currently have a choice of some or all of: UPS, DHL, FedEx, and TNT. EMS is also available for certain countries. Small orders can also be shipped very cheaply by Air Mail. For bulk orders we can also arrange to make the goods available at our warehouse for your own forwarder to collect, or we can offer good freight rates for bulk air shipment or sea freight. Air express courier: after dispatch from the VastWholesale warehouse in Shenzhen, China, the shipment goes to the airport in Hong Kong or in Guangzhou, and goes to your nearest major logistics hub. From there the goods are delivered by the courier's local services. Customs clearance paperwork and procedures are handled by the courier. They may need to contact you in certain cases to confirm details of a shipment. In any cases where additional paperwork is required for customs clearance, VastWholesale will assist as much as possible.

Unless specified otherwise, all our products carry a 12-month warranty. Please contact us for help to troubleshoot the products first. If we believe the product is indeed defective and cannot be solved through email communication, we will advise you how to return the items. Items returned without prior notice will not be processed.

Before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having. 90% of the time we are able to sort out the problem by giving technical support, without you having to send anything back. If there are irremediable defects with the devices, you can return them back to us for repair or replacement under our Return Policy. Generally we advise you to return faulty goods by sending them through the Post Office rather than using couriers like DHL, UPS, and TNT. Normally it will take 2 weeks to return goods to us by Post Office. If you did not buy your product directly from LightInTheBox.com, you will need to contact the vendor who sold it to you. TIP: Please do not send faulty goods back without discussing with us. It is very hard for us to handle a package without any necessary order information. We will also give you some instructions for returning goods from your country to China.
